Register now for the early bird discounted rate of $150 (plus GST) until March 1. Existing SEAWA members (as of December 31, 2009) and full-time students may also register for the early bird student discounted rate of $75 (plus GST) until March 1. Thereafter, the full two day conference rate will be $175 (plus GST).
Alternatively, if you would prefer to register by mail, please print off the online registration form, and then send your registration (and cheque, payable to the South East Alberta Watershed Alliance) to the our conference contact.
Also be sure to register for these two exciting events, scheduled before and after the conference! In addition to the conference, a “Working Well Workshop” will be held on March 10 (prior to the conference), and immediately after the conference those attendees interested in a 2 day field trip can explore and discover the Historic Reesor Ranch in the Cypress Hills.

The conference registration fee provides each attendee with:
• Two day pass to all plenary and workshop sessions
• An exclusive conference Registration Package
• Daily lunch and morning/afternoon coffee breaks
• Dinner and entertainment at Medalta, with a tour of the National Historic Clay District
• All available conference speaker presentations
Medicine Hat Lodge - A select number of room accommodations have been arranged for conference attendees at the Medicine Hat Lodge (call 800.661.8095 and mention Below Your Watershed Conference).
Sorry, no single day passes are available, and all conference participants must register and sharing of registrations and/or badges is not permitted - every person attending the conference must register.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. Those received by March 1, 2010 will be subject to a processing fee of 25% of total fees. No refunds will be given after March 1, 2010. Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.
